April 20, 2024 – Dedication of the comic strip Normandie 44, the 2nd DB of General Leclerc by Jean Blaise Djian and mini-exhibition 2nd DB in the museum

On 27 April 2024, at the D-Day Experience in Carentan (our partner for the event), attend the screening of the film La Horse starring Jean Gabin, in the presence of Mathias Moncorgé, his son and patron of the exhibition, and actor Antoine Duléry.

May 11, 2024 – Conference on the 1940 campaign with two exceptional witnesses: Henriette Leprovost and Jean Turco

[ Apr. 23 to May 20, 2024 ] The exhibition is extended!!! Discover the commitment of legendary actor Jean Gabin during the Second World War. An exhibition presented in partnership with the Musée Jean Gabin and the Musée des blindés de Saumur.

[ June 1 to 12, 2024 ] An exceptional D-Day anniversary will take place in 2024. The whole of Normandy is mobilized to pay international tribute to those who reopened the gates of freedom in Europe. [ 4 June 2024 ] To mark the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings, volunteers from the Maple Leaf association will be showing their documentary “Little Black Devils”, a tribute to the Canadian regiment The Royal Winnipeg Rifles. -> BOOK HERE

At 7.44pm on 6 June 2024, in many places in Normandy and around the world, the bells will ring at the same time to remember and pay tribute to the liberators of France and Europe.

[ 20 – 21 July 2024 ] For two days and for the fourth edition of the COBRA 44 festival, the Normandy Victory Museum commemorates the end of the Battle of the Hedges and becomes an open-air museum. The program will be online soon. Sign up to receive it.
